Health information technology (HIT)
has changed dramatically in recent years,
due in part to HRSA's five-year, $1.5
million grant to fund the Health Information
Technology Scholars Project (HITS). After
involving dozens of nursing schools, the
program is set to come to a close, and
leaders discuss what they've learned and how
technology and nursing education will
forever be intertwined.
